We begin with an in depth
Discovery Session to discuss your goals and your current level of joy with your lifestyle and health. 

Step 2:

Book Your

Joy Jump Start

I customise one 3 hour session for you, utilising a variety of techniques, which focus on anxiety reduction, creativity, healthfulness and, most importantly, joy.

This is presented in the comfort and familiarity of your home so you have the experience and tools to apply in your every day life.

Step 3:

Building Joy

Together we build upon the tools and modalities that are successfully enriching your health and lifestyle.

 

Every session is different, depending on your needs and goals.

 

For example, if we have identified nutrition as a goal for you, we might spend our time clearing your kitchen of ingredients that make you feel awful or crafting healthier chocolates. If your focus is relaxation, then we might spend more time in meditation, doing reiki, or practicing breathing exercises.

Functional lab testing and interpretation may be added to any session to help you achieve optimal health.

Step 4:

Ongoing Ease

Ongoing sessions will continue to focus on the habits, skills, and techniques that enhance your life with joy and pleasure so you continue to improve your health and wellbeing.
